Processing and delivery of your goods
We aim to process all single card orders received and paid for within 48 hours, but please allow 14 days for bulk buy orders.
Refunds and returns
When ordering goods over the Internet, you are entitled to preview your purchase for up to seven days within your own home. If within those seven days you decide not to purchase the product, you are entitled to return them to just4youbears unopened and in their original, saleable condition for a full refund less the cost of the postage. When returning goods, please include your original invoice stating on it the reason for returning the items.
*Please note, just4youbears will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit, so we advise that you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office when returning goods to us.
If your purchase is faulty
In the unlikely event that you goods arrive damaged, Please notify just4youbears within three days of receipt. Return the faulty goods to us within five days of receipt enclosing a copy of your invoice stating on it the reason for returning the item and your choice of either a replacement or full refund.
Upon receipt of the faulty goods, Just4youbears will honour your choice of an exchange or full refund
including postage costs incurred.
